Delivery Options

Important Delivery Information:

• Daily Dispatch: All packages leave our warehouse for delivery to the courier or for home delivery once a day at 12:00.
• For home delivery orders, please place your order before 12:00 the previous day to ensure delivery on the scheduled day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped on the next scheduled delivery day for home delivery.
• Pick-Up and Delivery via Courier Partner are not affected by this 12:00 cut-off and will be processed as soon as possible.

We offer several delivery options for your orders:

1. Pick-Up from Our Store:
   You can easily pick up your order directly from our store for free.

2. Home Delivery:

   • Free Delivery for orders over €100!
   • Delivery Charge of €1.50 for orders under €100.
   • Note: Home delivery is not available for inaccessible areas. If you choose home delivery for an inaccessible area by mistake you will be charged the extra cost for the alternative delivery method. Please ensure you select the correct option to avoid additional fees.

3. Delivery to nearest Akis Express Store of Your Address

   • We also offer the option to have your order delivered to Akis Express store.
   • Free Delivery for orders over €100.
   • Delivery Charge of €4 for orders under €100.

If your delivery address is in an inaccessible area, please select the delivery to a Akis Express store. Thank you for understanding!
